Schools/clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate student lists

  • Ensuring a suitable venue

  • Providing required equipment (projector, audio, etc.)

5. Fees and Payment

Programme fees will be communicated in official quotations or invoices.
Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Payment terms follow the invoice issued

  • Late payment may incur administrative charges

  • Cancellations or rescheduling may involve fees depending on notice period

6. Limitation of Liability

WAN.Cognition is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Losses arising from misuse of the website

  • Disruptions due to events beyond our control (e.g., technical outages)

For school programmes, WAN.Cognition’s responsibility is limited to the delivery of training services as agreed.
